It is important to establish good eating habits in early childhood and support them to build healthy relation with balanced food. Do not change the entire menu at once. Give kids time to let go off their loving unhealthy items. Try to replace one unhealthy item with a healthy one. Continue till the complete success.

If they long for sweetness then don’t let them eat merely the sweets; chocolates and frozen yogurt would be a better substitute.

Kids love to grow fast, so inform them that which food will help them grow. Relate milk, butter, fruits and vegetables with the growing process to motivate them.
