Far from the catwalks of Paris, Milan or New York, Omo Valley is located in southern Ethiopia. There is the tribe of the Surma and Mursi tribe that have created their own style of makeup, clothing and accessories using only the materials they find in their environment. The result is absolutely amazing.

These images make a mockery of all attempts have ever done to customize our clothes with what we have at home. These two African tribes are among the most remote, and until recently have little contact with Western civilization. They are nomadic groups so they do not express their art and architecture or sculpture. They prefer to use their bodies as a canvas. It is a wonderful body art work.

These photos were obtained by the German photographer Hans Silvester and teach us the spectacular aesthetic criteria that demonstrate these tribes. Photographer Giampaolo Sgura Turned Real Models Into Plastic Barbie Dolls

Giampaolo Sgura is professional fashion photographer who tuned real models into plastic dolls in the style of Barbie. This project was shot for the magazine Vogue Paris December / January 2015. To create the illusion of plastic dolls, photographer dressed models in sugary doll clothes and put them in a big "package" on the walls of which are attached additional removable accessories. Most interesting is that each "doll" is a famous fashion clothing brand, as evidenced by inscriptions and clothing styles specific to a particular company.
