Though astronauts and cosmonauts often encounter striking views of the Earth, a unique image is a series of colorful horizons of the Earth, has an additional feature: the silhouette of the space shuttle Endeavour. The view was photographed by a crew member of Expedition 22 to the International Space Station. Orange layer of the troposphere, where all weather and creates clouds that we normally see. This orange layer gives way to a whitish stratosphere and then the mesosphere. In some frames the black color is part of the window frame, not the blackness of space.
