Barnett Plotkin was born and grew up in Spring Valley, New York. Barnett graduated from the New York's "Pratt Institute" in 1952. He worked in commercial illustration. Many of his portraits, landscapes, paintings are in private collections. Today I have selected some incredible romanticpaintings/drawings from  Barnett Plotkin collections.
